Remote calender and scraper adjustments offer greater precision and safer operation. Heated top‑curtain application pans ensure uniform distribution of the top coating onto the reinforcement, helping to reduce sheet tension and improve coating‑thickness consistency. Additionally, the rolls are powered by independent drive motors, delivering superior process control.
