The carrier unwind stand can hold (2) 96” diameter rolls of reinforcement in an elevated position while the reinforcement is unwound and drawn through the production equipment.
Each arm includes (2) safety chucks, (2) 12” I.D. air chucks, and (4) brake assemblies. Brake assemblies will receive tension setpoint signal based on load cell feedback. Load cells are mounted at a splice table idler roll. Area fencing is included.
