The Reichel & Drews Roofing and Waterproofing Membrane Production includes modified bitumen and carrierless membrane production systems. These enable you to design and manufacture modified bitumen roofing and waterproofing membranes reliably with consistent high quality.

Our Carrierless Membrane production technology includes precision coating boxes combined with a high-efficiency cooling belt system that will enable you to produce multi-layered products manufactured to your exact membrane design. These coater boxes allow you to place a precise thickness of various coating materials in sequence to produce membranes that are engineered to provide maximum value to your customers.

Our Modified Bitumen production technology includes a Dual Compound Coater that has the capability to apply different compounds to the top and bottom of the carrier.

Roofing & waterproofing membrane production speeds can reach up to 1000ft (305m) per minute, allowing you to efficiently produce your membrane at the lowest possible cost.
