LOOKING FOR CARRIERLESS PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT?

The Carrier Unwind is used to unwind polyester or fiberglass material efficiently.
The Splicing Table is used to bring two pieces of polyester or fiberglass together to allow for gluing or stitching.
Dry Mat Accumulators are designed to accumulate the polyester material to support the continuous production run while the material is changed at the splice table.

Our coaters consist of electrically heated rolls for safer operation and better temperature control and a Precision Servo Driven Calendar and Scraper Adjustment provide greater coating accuracy, consistency, and safer operation.
The Surfacing Section will add sand or similar materials to the back of the asphalt coated web.
The Cooling Section allows for the temperature of the web to reduce to the proper cutting temperature.
The Nested Finished Product Accumulator gathers free loops of finished material to help provide a continuous cutting at a desired speed and/or accumulate material if downstream equipment is not running.

Our Driven Shock Roll is synced to the winder for consistent and fully integrated tension into the winder. It provides full-roll accumulation for smooth finished goods extraction from the accumulator without stress or jerking action.
The numerous models of Winders address every possible scenario to wind your rolls fast to your predetermined length and with a clean cut.
The Core Inserter is designed to insert a core into a wound roll of modified membrane material as it is ejected off the winder material.
Wound rolls accumulate to a magazine in preparation for the rolls to be up-ended. Combining this with a pallet management system will make this process of palletizing rolls one of your most efficient processes.
