DRY MAT ACCUMULATOR

Dry Mat Accumulators satisfies two key concerns on a roofing material production line: It maximizes the linear amount of accumulation of dry mat while minimizing the footprint in your factory. In order to simplify threading-up we have enabled the carriage to be lowered to floor level, which is driven up and down by the VFD motor.
For the most stability, the carriage counterweight has support chains attached to all four corners. The amount of storage capacity is dependent on the height and the number of roll stands used.
