UNWIND STAND

The Unwind Stand is used to unwind polyester or fiberglass material efficiently.

SPLICE TABLE

The Splicing Table is used to bring two pieces of polyester or fiberglass together to allow for gluing or stitching.

DRY MAT ACCUMULATOR

Dry Mat Accumulators are designed to accumulate the polyester material to support the continuous production run while the material is changed at the splice table.

PULL ROLL & TENSION CONTROL

The proper tension is critical in high speed production of shingles. The Pull Roll & Tension Control system manages the proper web tension.

COATERS

Accurate asphalt application is key to quality shingle production. We offer a wide variety of coaters designed to provide consistent coating and safe operation

BLENDERS

The Blending operation takes the granules based on the color selection chosen and blends the material based on your recipe.

SURFACING SECTION

The Surfacing Section will add sand or similar materials to the back of the asphalt coated web.

GRANULE PRESS MODULE

The Granule Press Module presses granules into the asphalt coated web, securing the granules into the cooling asphalt.

COOLING SECTION

The Cooling Section allows for the temperature of the web to reduce to the proper cutting temperature.

FINISHED PRODUCT LOOPER

The Finished Product Looper accumulates free loops of finished material to help provide a continuous cutting at a desired speed and/or accumulate material if downstream equipment is not running.
