From a servo-driven s-wrap entry pull roll configuration that eliminates sheet slippage to a heavy-duty servo-driven roll ejector mechanism that provides dependable operation, the Winder has been engineered for longevity and minimal maintenance.
Our exclusive Winder Control System, utilizes the latest in motion and sensory technology to ensure that every roll of material is perfectly wound. This highly intelligent program monitors every aspect of the winding process and automatically makes adjustments. This constant monitoring and self adjustment assures that the product is delivered to the mandrel at a consistent tension, thus eliminating sheet breaks, misthreads and sudden shock waves that affect length control. The electrical drives control system also senses any misfeed conditions allowing the operator to quickly recover and reinitiate the winding process.
