Cooling is achieved using a combination of water, airflow, and contact with cooled rolls. The mat passes over a series of rolls where water sprays are applied based on the actual temperature of the material, not just line speed. Air systems remove excess water and help manage heat and moisture, keeping the area around the equipment clean and consistent.
